By submitting your order you indicate that you have reviewed and accepted our current Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are in effect during the term of your membership with TPI. In addition we have certain terms and conditions concerning your initial order of services.

Terms regarding orders:

Online orders using your credit card are transacted on a secure server.

Delivery is via email except your ID card which is delivered via First Class mail at TPI's expense.  If you desire overnight delivery, you may order it for an additional charge. After your order is approved you will have access to our private agent website, or online agent manual, and you will be able to download other manuals, and materials to use in your business.

Orders are subject to approval by TPI. If we do not approve your order, we will advise you via email and we will not charge your account. Minimum age to order a TPI membership is 18.

Online orders can be accepted only by use of a major credit card. Other accepted forms of payment are cash or money order. If using cash or money order you need to mail in your order.

All rates are in US Dollars (USD).

All rates are subject to change at any time. Published rates are guaranteed at the time of order.

If you have problems accessing the secure server please fax or email which services you would like to purchase and make sure you tell us your name, credit card number, billing address and expiration date.

If your order is approved, certain additional information will be needed if you intend to make bookings and earn commissions. This information is not needed if you do not wish to receive commissions for your bookings:

1. Copy of your driver's license or Identity document

2. Social Security Number (USA residents only).

3. 2 passport size photos or .gif graphic for your Travel Agent ID.

This information may be faxed, emailed or sent via mail to TPI.

All orders are non-refundable, except when your order is not approved.
